DGB
A distribution and logistics holding comprised of four companies. Three are dedicated to distribution (Dinap, FC Comercial and Magazine Express) and one is the Abril Group’s logistics arm (Treelog).
DGB’s structure guarantees business competitiveness and provides publishers access to a diversified portfolio of products and services: from commercial actions at points-of-sale, at different levels, to trade marketing support. The holding also ensures agility and security in product distribution to 100% of the country.
Dinap
Publisher’s Separate Sales Arm – Distribution Intelligence and Differentiated Commercial Action
It serves 80 publishers, including Editora Abril. It maintains commercial presence in the main sales channels: newsstands, magazine shops, bookstores, retail and alternatives, reaching more than 30 thousand points-of-sale and 96% of domestic consumption potential. It offers the Publisher comprehensive strategic support: in conceiving a new title, distribution strategy, telemarketing plans and points-of-sale actions.

Service package within the reach of all publishers
Focused on agile distribution of publications throughout the country. It serves around 190 publishers and is present in more than 2 thousand Brazilian cities and 28 thousand points-of-sale in the country’s different channels.
Magazine Express
The world in Brazil
A business unit, tied to Dinap, specialized in the international publishing market. It imports and sells the main publications in circulation around the world everywhere in the country: Italian, French, American and others.
Treelog Logística
Agility and scope
One of the major door-to-door magazine delivery operations in the world. On weekends, it delivers nearly 780 thousand copies throughout Brazil in just 16 hours. It uses a network of 350 regional distributors and 29 affiliates, reaching 2.2 thousand municipalities.
The annual numbers for this operation are expressive:
- 1.3 billion copies handled at the Distribution Centers
- 103 million copies for subscribers at their homes
- 8.1 million books delivered to nearly 34 thousand schools
Besides the Group’s companies (Dinap, FC, Abril, Ática, Scipione), Treelog’s clients also include: publishing houses such as Online, Spring and Nova Cultural; content agencies such as New Content; and learning institutions like Faculdades Anhanguera.
