Clickarvore
environmental project aimed at recovering the Atlantic Forest, one of the natural environments with the greatest biodiversity in our country and in the world, and also probably the most devastated. It is an initiative of Fundação SOS Mata Atlântica and of Instituto Ambiental Vidágua, with support from Abril, which resulted in the launching of the biggest reforestation program ever conducted in Brazil with species from the Atlantic Forest: the site http://www.clickarvore.com.br/.
Through the site, the internet user can authorize daily the planting of a native tree in the Atlantic Forest, like the ipê, peroba, ingá and jequitibá-rosa, in degraded areas of 17 states. The seedlings are sent to environmentalist NGOs, city halls, communities and rural farmers. They are planted in areas selected by a technical-scientific board. The sponsors of the program bear the cost of the seedling and planting. Through the site, it is possible to follow the process, with presentation of photos and images from the areas already recovered.
